HEIP is located right in the middle of Subic Bay Freeport Zone in Zambales and Clark Special Economic Zone in Pampanga connected to Dinalupihan Interchange of the Subic–Clark–Tarlac Expressway (SCTEx)  link to Subic Bay Freeport Zone and Clark Special Economic Zone. its about 15k to Subic and Clark, 

A reflector sticker billboard 11ftX25ft in size

at the photo wrong spelled, we had corrected already.

I allready did this billboard eight years ago I employed at Grafixcity Dinalupihan, Bataan. Then it was only a plaine white sticker

and non reflector sticker. It toked 4 days to complete the project.

8 days of completion for some reason we have to remove the old paint and existing sticker its kind a hard by using paint remover we we're able to clean the surface.
